Circuit Book

Progressive web app

Plan the week. Run the session. Skip the guesswork.

Circuit Book turns your exercise library into day-by-day routines, then hands you one clean, full-screen card for every set, so the only thing on screen mid-workout is the next thing to do.

Built for the hand that is holding a dumbbell.

A training app competes with a phone screen you are checking between sets, often one-handed and usually in a hurry. Anything that takes more than a tap gets skipped.

Circuit Book splits the work in two. Planning happens at home, where a bigger screen and a clear head are useful. Training happens on a single card per block, full screen, where tapping a set to check it off is the only interaction that matters.

History logs itself as you finish, so the record of what you actually did is a byproduct of doing it rather than a second chore.

In practice

Three moments it saves you

Sunday planning

A week built once

Assign routines to days and group exercises into straight sets, supersets or circuits. The schedule becomes the home screen.

Between sets

One thing on screen

Session mode shows a single full-screen card per block. Tap a set to check it off, one-handed, without hunting through a plan.

Six weeks later

A record you did not have to keep

History logged itself as you trained, so progress is a byproduct of doing the work rather than a second chore.

A walkthrough video for this one is in production.

How it flows

Build your library

Add exercises with photos, targets and muscle tags once, then reuse them in any routine, any week.

Plan the week

Assign routines to days, then group exercises into straight-set, superset or circuit blocks.

Train on the card

Open today's routine, tap through each block's sets, and let history log itself as you finish.

Everything a training week needs

Build once in the library, plan the week in routines, then move through the whole thing one set at a time.

Exercise library

Every exercise lives once, with photos, target sets and reps, a category and a written cue, ready to drop into any routine.

Photo sequences

Add a full set-up-to-finish sequence per move rather than a single shot, then tap through start, middle and end position.

Muscle map

Tag what a move works and watch it light up on a front-and-back body map, with a written note on the specific target area.

Routines by day

Assign routines to any day of the week, several per day if you split sessions. The schedule is the home screen.

Sets, supersets and circuits

Group one exercise alone, pair two, or chain several into a circuit. One grid of rounds covers all three, so sets can alternate between exercises instead of finishing one before starting the next.

Session mode

One focused card per block, full screen. Tap a set to check it off, move between blocks, and jump back to edit on the dashboard without losing your place.
